Cancelling
You can cancel an order any time before we dispatch it. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll cancel it straight away. Once it has left us it can't be cancelled, but you can refuse it at the door.
If something arrives damaged
Food that arrives damaged, spoilt or wrong is on us. Send us a photo on WhatsApp as soon as it arrives, with your order number, and we'll make it right.
Returns
Because these are fresh foods we can't take back items that were delivered in good condition. If you're unhappy with anything, tell us anyway. We want to know.
